In 1950, my grandpappy, Len Vande Hey, started tending lawns part-time to help support his growing family. Through it all, Grandpappy Len kept his priorities straight: faith, family, and a deep appreciation for life’s simple joys. He was known for raising a glass to celebrate hard work and good times, always toasting ‘to happy days and lovelier nights.’
