Step 1: Initial Information Gathering

Consider the time of year you’d like your project to be installed. Plan ahead and allow enough time for your project to be properly planned out.

What At your consultation we’ll discuss the design process, client’s landscaping needs, preferences, budget and phasing potential

Step 2: Site Inventory

To begin the design process, a member of Vande Hey Company’s design team will visit your property to measure the site (you do not need to be present for this part of the process). This includes detailing exact property lines, shooting grades and taking evaluations using tape, laser transit, GIS technology and cameras.

Step 3: Design Development

Our team will complete a design that represents your vision, meets your needs, and fits your budget. Once the design is complete, we will invite you to ours showroom to present and discuss the design, proposal, material options, and budget.

What We’ll present pictures of plant palette, pictures of hardscape, material options and rendering of proposed design

Step 4: Design Installation

Now that we have finalized the design, our dedicated production team will work to source, schedule, and install your project. Watch your vision come to life!

What A down payment guarantees placement on schedule and materials are ordered

Step 5: Walk Through

We’ll discuss a care routine for your landscape and accessorizing your landscape. Your plan is kept on file if you decide to add features, complete additional phases, or expand original design.
